Therapy

Helping parents thrive so their children can thrive

My work is deeply parenting-focused. When caregivers feel equipped, regulated, and supported, children have the best chance to heal, attach, and grow — and I also offer individual therapy for children, teens, and adults when that is what's needed.

For parents and caregivers

Parent-focused therapy

When parents are supported, children do better. I help caregivers understand their child's nervous system, respond to big behaviors with more confidence, and stay connected through hard seasons.

Attachment-based family therapy

Work with the relationship itself: co-regulation, repair after rupture, and helping a child's body learn that connection is safe.

Foster & adoptive families

Support for placement transitions, control battles, loyalty grief, secondary trauma, and caregiver burnout.

Caregiver consultation

Short-term, focused sessions for parents and professionals who need strategy, nervous system tools, and a steady second opinion.

Individual therapy

Trauma therapy

Care for single-incident and complex trauma, grief, and the symptoms that outlast the event — nightmares, hypervigilance, shutdown, shame.

EMDR

A structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess stuck memories, adapted gently for children and teens.

Christian counseling

For clients who want it, faith is welcome in the room — scripture, prayer, and questions about suffering held alongside clinical care.
